"The "Daddy" or mature male image is used in gay sub-culture as one that embodies themes of masculinity, history, sexuality, and dominance. These drawings are, collected and presented as artifacts of erotic relationships, and fantasies that are sometimes realized. The works presented are created through my online or real interactions with mature men.
The images are compiled from jpegs, webcam feeds, and home videos, then re-translated into drawings. This re-translation or removal from it's original source is parallel to the disconnect in the relationships between myself and the subject".
